Ouhai intelligent lock industry research: taking A company as an example

Abstract

This paper mainly studies Wenzhou Ouhai intelligent lock industry, taking A company as an example for analysis. From
the perspective of the company, the article analyzes the organizational structure of A company and the production process of intelligent
locks, and puts forward optimization measures, including production process optimization, equipment upgrading and transformation,
personnel training and management as well as quality control and supervision. In addition, the article also analyzes the current situation
and development trend of the lock industry from the perspective of the lock industry, and puts forward suggestions on strengthening
technological innovation, strengthening brand building and strengthening industrial synergy. By implementing these measures, the
production effi ciency and product quality of smart locks can be improved, and the healthy development of the industry can be promoted.
