Abstract


By improving the structure of the marshmallow machine, students can more easily observe the change process of white sugar
in the can. Three experiments were carried out with the improved marshmallow machine: 1. Heating the can and throwing sugar at the same
time; 2. Heat the can to melt the sugar before throwing; 3. Heating the can to melt the sugar, stop for 30 seconds and then throw the sugar.
Finally, it was observed that the reason for not producing marshmallow in the experiment was that the sugar melted When it was thrown out,
the temperature was too high, and it hit the barrel wall before it could be cooled into silk.
