Abstract

for the employment posts of the accounting profession, with the reform of the economic model and the way of accounting work, the core
competitiveness and practical ability of relevant talents have become the focus of attention of major enterprises, This also brings a new
challenge and pressure to the talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational education occupies an important position
in the higher fi eld of our country and undertakes the mission of delivering high-quality talents to the society. If we want to make the talents
cultivated match the development of the current era and cultivate practical and compound high-level talents, we must cultivate the matching
degree between students and the actual positions of employment, and it is necessary to reach a deep cooperation relationship with relevant
enterprises, and according to the actual needs of enterprises for professional talents, Focusing on the cultivation of students, and taking
the overall needs of enterprises and the industry as the core guidance, the college has reformed and improved its own teaching system to
constantly improve the quality of professional talent training. This paper takes the teaching of fi nance and accounting in higher vocational
